We recently lost our little furbaby Mookie. I was rather sudden and my husband and I were very heartbroken. We adopted her from a bad situation along with her mother.. She was a very special little girl. She had a captivating personality. She would wake us up each morning for breakfast and let us know when it was time for dinner. Each night when it was time for bed. We can't thank you enough for the beautiful wooded box that we received with her remains and the care and thought that went into everything you did. Thank you.

She may have not been with us for long but she had a very happy life. She was so full of life, loving with an attitude. Small bird big personality. She loved to dance talk and preen us. She will be missed dearly but she’s with her mate Oscar flying high and eating all the apples, grapes and cheese. Making sure everyone knows she’s a “pretty bird”.

On October 20th, 2024 my husband and I had to make the hardest decision of our lives to put down our baby girl, Ivy. She was very sick and could not recover. We brought her to Urgent care vet in auburn and they were amazing, she then went to Pettigrass for private cremation and we just picked her up. Mr. Pettigrass was so kind, gave us hugs and talked to us for a while. He was the perfect person to respectfully care for our baby and help us in our time of sorrow. Thank you for the thoughts and meticulous care you took to memorialize our baby.

Words can't not describe how thankful we are for Jerry and his team. Jerry was very nice and good to us and our baby boy Davidson...he unexpectedly passed away.9/16_2024..and he loved his toys and his treats and always rolled around on the floor on his back and belly...he was such a good boy and my heart will be forever broken u til we meet again Davidson I will miss and love u always my fur baby boy😘💋❤️😢😭 l9ve ur human parents mom and dad😍😘💋❤️

On September 16th 2024 I work up to make coffee and I unfortunately found my beloved Davidson gone...my cat...my heart is shattered into a million pieces and I Google places that cremate animals. And pettigrass came up so I called them and with in seconds Jerry got ahold of me and we made plans to meet..as soon as he got put of his car he greeted my husband with a hand shake and hugged me rite then and there I know my beloved Davidson was in good hands...Jerry was kind and very respectful and very nice in helping us to know what to do and get done for our fur baby...and I get Davidson back on Monday and I would like to thank Jerry and heavenly pets for all ur help and positive vibes that u have given us...and I know our fur baby is in his final piece..Davidson definitely deserves the best after his death...just like he did here on earth...he was a good boy and he loved his treats and his toys and he love to cuddle with mommy...he would always lay on my pillow every nite when we went to sleep and that I will miss forever..but I know one day I will see my baby boy again...we love u and miss u so much Davidson forever our baby boy..u til we meet again..all our love hugs and kisses 💋 😘 ❤️

I cannot express enough our thanks for the care and love that Heavenly Pets has shown our Pepper. From the absolutely beautiful urn to the locks of her fur, they have truly shown their compassion and care for our beloved pet. She will be greatly missed, but knowing that she was respected and taken care of in such a beautiful way, helps to ease our pain. I would recommend them 100%.

There are no words to explain how grateful myself and my family are for the the amazing care they showed to us at our most saddening time. The passing of our boy Caesar came suddenly and they showed us so much care respect and sympathy. They made a bad day better. We lost our baby boy Daiquiri jan 17 2024. He was going to be 9 yrs old . As soon as we knew he was sick with cancer, we made arrangements for home help for him to cross over the bridge at home. Jerry took care of my granddog PJ earlier in the year and I was so touched with his warm and kindness . I called him as soon as we knew Daiquiri has crossed . Jerry would have to our house to pick him up but we chooses one last ride was what Daiquiri would want with his mommy and daddy. God bless Jerry .. his kindness and love of our pets is worth millions. Thank you

We highly recommend Pettigrass Heavenly Pets. We lost our Chloe quickly and suddenly. Jerry was amazing as always. He had no qualms about leaving a private function to take care of us. He took wonderful care of our Chloe and commemorated her in such a special way. Our community is lucky to have him and his services. Having used a different per crematory in the past and had non personalized or caring results, I have to say Jerry and his family have gone above and beyond with this service. My beloved PJ was 19 years old when he requested to cross the rainbow bridge. PJ had a great, well lived and beyond loved life with his mommy and family. I called Jerry the moment it was happening and Jerry reassured me with his word that he would personally make sure my fur baby was taken care of and PJ sure was. The time and dedication that the Pettigrass family took with my boy was wonderful. I get so much better knowing PJ was being taken care of with respect and love. When PJ came home, this fur mommy shed a tear or two but it was for gratefulness and happiness that my boy was home and came back with pure love attached. So thank you Pettigrass family for everything.

On Mother's Day I unexpectedly lost my Beloved fur baby Bailey. I called Jerry at heavenly pet's, to see if he could he could help take care of Bailey. Jerry was so compassionate and caring, and he was so accommodating to take care of Bailey at heavenly pet's. Losing Bailey was beyond devastating, Jerry made the situation a little easier to get through. His love for pets and humans is beyond measure, and it made me feel better to know Bailey was in such great hands. Jerry and his staff go above and beyond for their families. I couldn’t think of a better person to care for my precious 16 year old fur baby Mortimer, when he passed away. Jerry went above and beyond when my mother died and went the same distance for my best furry friend. He made two very miserable times much less painful for me to deal with and he treated my family with utmost compassion. Auburn is very lucky to have this service.

We recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our almost 15 year old chocolate lab Molly go. After an in home euthanization by Stillwater Vet Care we brought our precious girl to Jerry. He was wonderful through the entire process. The care Molly received at heavenly pets was top notch, just what our girl deserved.

We adopted our dog Hope as a senior through the City of Syracuse. She was a cruelty case, having been abandoned in a vacant apartment by an uncaring owner, probably because she was old.She lived out her remaining years with us in comfort until she had to be euthanized due to what we believe to be a hidden cancer. Her cremation by Heavenly Pets was handled through the Urgent Care Veterinary Clinic in Auburn. The package with Hope’s ashes from Heavenly Pets was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully put together. Although I had no direct contact with them, I knew they treated my pet with respect. I would highly recommend the services Pettigrass Heavenly Pets and Dr. Ospina at Urgent Care Veterinary to all loving pet owners. I live in Syracuse and I am glad we made the drive to Auburn.

our beautiful cat Max left us not too long ago. i called Jerry Pettigrass and asked about his cremation service. He was very comforting and explained the different options that they provided. in two days we received the remains along with a locket with fur and mass cards. The whole process was quick and affordable. Jerry was great. i highly recommend Heavanly Pets

Our dog, Tina, died from old age recently. It was a very difficult loss, especially for our daughter who got her as a puppy and did most of the caretaking over the 14 years we had her. Jerry has a huge heart for the animals that come under his care and his compassion for us going through this loss was wonderful and comforting. I want to thank Jerry Pettigrass at Pettigrass heavenly pets. Last night 2/5/2021 was a horrible night my cat Petey “Rollie” because he would roll on demand got killed a Irresponsible driver who didn't even have the decency to stop. Petey was a stray cat that i was feeding and taking care of he became my best friend my heart he was so smart I needed him more than he needed me. He would always cheer me up he knew when i was sad he forced his way for me to love him. We had a amazing bond i would call him he would come running he wouldn’t leave me alone and was definitely the center of attention ❤️ I have had tremendous loss in my life and Petey eased my hurt i miss him horribly! I called Jerry and told him what had happened he Immediately told me how sorry he was for my loss he is a very nice respectful person He told me the services he offered. He even offered to pick him up, i live almost to fair Haven which is very far so I told him i could bring him in which i did this afternoon. Jerry was wonderful and very caring he showed me and my daughters all the beautiful things you get with the cremation. Its wonderful that you do pet cremation,I will always have Petey with me wherever i go. Jerry is very fair priced as well you get A lot of beautiful memories for his price which is wonderful I would definitely recommend Pettigrass Heavenly pets!! Jerry/Pettigrass heavenly pets are truly amazing people. No1 understands the pain & hurt of losing a pet, who become our family member unless you have experienced this for yourself.
Jerry made our family feel safe leaving our Anna (pet pot belly pig) with him, feeling that she would be well taken care of as he understood the hurt in losing a pet and what they mean to us. The atmosphere was very calming, relaxing, soothing.
Im sure my Anna felt at peace.

Our beloved 10 year old Dachshund passed away at home on October 4 2020. I immediately thought of Jerry taking care of our Bella. I had heard many wonderful things from others and knew there was no one else we’d rather have take care of her remains. Jerry and his family took care of us and did an amazing job. Our Bella was cremated and her Urn now sits in our home with her family where she belongs.

August 20, 2020 was not a good day for our family as we had to say goodbye to our beloved Sassy girl. Sassy was our very unique petite tortoiseshell cat that blessed our family for 20 years, never sick a day in her life! We had a very unfortunate accident at home, after business hours, that resulted in having to say goodbye...With my heart shattered to pieces, I reached out to Jerry(after 9:00pm) and he was very kind and understanding. He lovingly guided us through the process and even offered to pick her up for us. Having to say goodbye is never easy, but Jerry somehow made it feel less painful for us... we felt more at ease having to leave her. My beloved 16yr old cat Zoe died last week completely unexpected + never having had a days illness. She had moved here with us from England 3yrs ago along with her 3 sons + rescued sister. I`m absolutely devastated but was fortunate to be put in touch with Heavenly Pets. Jerry is very supportive + professional. He brought her back to me the next day with some beautiful momentos like her framed paw print + lock of fur in a heart shaped box. I will definitely go to him again.

Our dog Joey was a huge part of our family, he was our first baby. When we lost him recently to cancer it was a devastating loss. Recently, we had to euthanize our older Corgi ,Jake suddenly. We contacted Jerry and he made everything simple and easy to cope with after Jake’s passing. Jerry is a caring individual who understands how difficult the loss of a family pet can be ! When it’s Jake’s younger brother Kevin’s time to join him , Jerry will definitely be the one we call. We will forever be grateful for the respect and care we and our beloved dog, Indio, was shown during one of the most difficult days of our life. After our dog's passing, we called Jerry and he made arrangements for us to bring him shortly after and be present during the cremation. Funeral Director Jerry Pettigrass opened pet cremation services on February 20 2020 .On the evening of February 22 2020 our much love six year old Dashound passed away unexpectedly in my arms. Knowing there are NO veterinarians on call on the weekend in our area we were beside ourselves not knowing what to do or where to turn to Our friend and neighbor suggested we call Jerry.grief striction we called him and he came to our house to pick up our precious Rebel. Having used other pet cremation services in the past I can attest Pettigrass Heavenly Pets is far superior. Jerry was respectful and compassionate every step of the way. He communicated with us by email letting us know he had our Zoe under his care and again when he planned to do the cremation. The facility is lovely and was designed thoughtfully. Jerry made our heartbreak bearable by our knowing Zoe was in his good hands.
