Our Services

Your pet will be cremated alone and in an enclosed chamber. After the cremation, the cremains will be collected with care and either given to you or a person that has the authority to receive the cremains. A verbal agreement on the phone or in person, allowing us to perform the cremation is required.

      Prices: Cremation costs are based on the size of your pet. Generally speaking, the larger your pet, the higher your cremation costs. Larger animals take more space in the cremation chamber, which also takes longer to cremate and the processing after the cremation is more involved. 

**The prices below reflect every animal range that we can accommodate and includes a beautiful carved wooden urn, a clay paw print and ink print of your animal, locket of their hair, certificate of your animal's individual cremation, laminated prayer card of your animal and obituary on our website.

 Note: If your animal has fleas, ticks, or is otherwise in severe condition, we don't offer the memorial paw prints or locket of hair. 

**Payment is required upon completion of the cremation, when the animal is picked up from our office. We accept cash, checks and credit cards, also NYS requires sales tax added to our total.

Additional Services:

Transportation to your home, vet clinic or animal hospital is an option. Local removal to vet clinic is $25. Out of town removals are based on added mileage and time. Also, an extra charge may incur for a larger sized animal that may require an extra person for the removal. A small surcharge is added for weekends, holiday's or after hour meetings or removals.

It is natural to feel grief and sorrow after the loss of your pet. Our caring staff offers complementary information to help families who are grieving the loss of their pet.
