Pur passed peacefully and unexpectedly in his sleep on a lovely sunny cool day in the yard, where he loved to be.  

Casull Pugs first home bred Pug to earn his AKC Championship title.  

How the heck did he get the name "Purpie??"  When my puppies are born I paint a small spot on them with nail polish so I can keep track of their progress.  His nail polish color was purple and as he began to grow and become independent we started calling him "Purpie" "Purpadedurp" and "Pur" when we wanted his attention. We joked that we should stop calling him that because he'd start coming to it and yep he does so that's his name..........."Purpie!"  We later shortened it to "Pur".  Pur had nice bone, great movement, clear coat and a lovely head.  He was an exemplary representation of the Pug breed, as his breeder I am
very proud of him and his accomplishments.  I will miss him dearly!! 
He left behind many members of his Casull Pugs family.  He was predeceased by his father "Brady" and his brothers "Oliver" and "Primo".
From a shy shy puppy to a shining star, now he shines down on us from the Rainbow Bridge.  Run free but be a good boy, don't empty too many water bowls by splashing around in them with your feet.  We love you handsome!!
