Nugget passed peacefully surrounded by her favorite people Mikayla, John, Kyle and her grandma Kathy. She was greeted over the rainbow bridge by Duke. She was battling kidney disease and was rescued just 7 months earlier by Mikayla. Nugget came into our lives by surprise at 17 years old and was a blessing from the first moment. She was loved and spoiled for 7 short months. Last month she accompanied her family to the outer banks for a lovely first and last vacation on the beach. She loved to sit in her pouch and be carried everywhere by her mom. She also loved riding shotgun everywhere her mom went.
Nugget went to work each day with her mom. She loved to sleep the day away and give comic relief at the end of the day by running around the office and getting everyone ready to go. She enjoyed digging in her bed for minuets at a time getting it ready to be slept in. And most of all she loved running up to the front desk looking for her grandma Kathy.
Nugget leaves many behind who loved her from the very beginning Mikayla, John, Kyle, Michelle, Greg, Kathy, The Aldrich Family and many many more.
Thank you to Dr. Hopp for making her passing peaceful. And thank you to everyone who loved her and showed her what it’s like to be loved. She will be dearly missed.
Rest In Peace Nugget. We love you more than words can describe.
