Max, lovingly known as “Maxy Boy,” crossed the Rainbow Bridge surrounded by the family who loved him so dearly. At 13 years old, he leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, loyalty, and countless cherished memories.
Max was truly one of a kind. A natural protector and leader, he had an incredible ability to read people and seemed to know exactly when someone needed comfort, companionship, or simply his quiet presence. He made everyone around him feel safe, loved, and understood. To know Max was to love him.
Though his family was blessed to share only part of his life with him, he quickly became the center of their world. He was the best friend they never knew they needed, and his impact on their lives can never be measured.
Max found joy in the simple things. He loved chasing balls in the backyard, soaking up belly rubs, snuggling close to his family, and giving his signature head butts whenever he wanted attention. A true water dog at heart, he loved spending time in the pool almost as much as he loved being with his people. And wherever he went, his beloved soccer ball was never far behind. It was as much a part of him as his gentle spirit and wagging tail.
Above all else, Max was the best big brother. He helped teach his younger siblings how to be loving, loyal companions and set the example for every dog who followed in his paw prints. His patience, guidance, and affection shaped the lives of those around him.
Max is survived by his devoted mom and dad; his brothers, Nash, Moose, Ridge, and Buck; and his sister, Maple. He will be deeply missed beyond measure by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
While the world feels a little darker without him, the love, comfort, and happiness he brought to so many lives will continue to shine brightly. His family finds peace in knowing that his paw prints will remain forever on their hearts.
Run free, sweet boy. Watch over your family, send the signs you always knew they needed, and know that you are loved beyond words and will be missed every day until you are reunited again.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our Max.
