Emmy Miklos

No amount of words or sentences strung together could completely explain the pain and sorrow our family is going through without you with us.  But, they could never explain the amount of joy and happiness you've brought to our family either.  Your story was one of heartbreak and let downs before I met you, but I know you felt all of the love we had for you once you were apart of our lives.  You have impacted so many lives throughout your own, and we cannot thank you enough for being so wonderful to us all.  Our kids physically and emotionally felt your presence around them at all times.  There aren't many pictures of them without you right there too.  Throughout the years we have all experienced your love, patience, protection, loyalty, gentleness and your silly, adventurous demeanor.  I cannot thank you enough for being such a huge part of our lives, and for showing us the love and compassion you didn't have early in life.  We only hope we were half as great to you as you have been to us.  Your paw prints are still in the snow at home, and those will soon fade.  But the memories we've  been able to have with you are truly unforgettable.  We love you so much, and miss you dearly.  Rest in peace, My Emmy Girl.
